GLYNNEVAN® Whisky celebrates the traditions that bring family and friends together. Every bottle is the culmination of a journey across our great nation – a new Canadian tradition where the spirit of prairie grain comes to rest in oak barrels in our distillery on the historic Guysborough harbour. A second barrelling by the sea lends a distinct Maritime character to this small batch spirit, creating a uniquely Canadian rye whisky that is our toast to the ties that bind us together.
We invite you to join us at our distillery at Osprey Shores Golf Resort and create your own new tradition with GLYNNEVAN. Read more at: glynnevan.com
Sea Fever Rum
For more than three centuries, salt cod and lumber left the shores of the Guysborough harbour for the West Indies, the ships returning home with “hogsheads” of rum in their holds. This proud trading history continues today with Sea Fever Rum.
Select Caribbean and Canadian rums are oak-matured and craft-blended in the Authentic Seacoast distillery on the historic Guysborough harbour, creating three distinctive rums that capture the unique spirit of Nova Scotia’s Authentic Seacoast. Visit the distillery at Osprey Shores Golf Resort for tastings and take home a bottle.

Fortress™ Rum restores the 300-year history of the New France rum trade and is created by patiently maturing select Caribbean rum in oak barrels protected behind the massive stonewalls of the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site in Cape Breton before travelling to the Authentic Seacoast Distillery on the historic Guysborough harbour for craft-blending and bottling.
The result is a premium, richly-hued overproof amber rum, that delivers aromas of oak, vanilla and tropical fruit. Visit the distillery at Osprey Shores Golf Resort for tastings and take home a bottle of Nova Scotia history.
